This is number 1 on my wishlist. When I was in massage therapy school a representative came in and demoed this percussion device. Out of the other brands that I tried (theragun and triggerpoint) this one is the best in my opinion. It’s not huge and bulky like a theragun and the pressure and attachments are perfect for the style of massage I do. I want one of these to use on some of my tougher clients.

I mean go big or go home right? As both a runner and someone who treats runners this is a seriously effective system. The cryo place I occasionally visit has 2 sets of these and I use them every time I go. This will have your entire lower body feeling completely rejuvenated and once again, is a perfect compliment to massage therapy.

SAUCONY WOMENS PACKAWAY JACKET – SAUCONY RED

I saw this jacket and thought it was super convenient because it packs up into a little pouch. I keep an emergency clothes bag in the car because you never know when you just need to go on a sporadic run…or you already ran and now need something dry to put on and this little jacket would fit perfectly in my bag.
