We wanted to take a moment to introduce you to Ian We wanted to take a moment to introduce you to Ian Franco and to brag on him a bit. Our #WinstonSalem Market Leader, Wendy shares: "Ian (pictured to the far left) is a rising senior at Parkland High School and is on the track team. He has been working part time at the Winston-Salem neighborhood store for about a month. "Ian is the most polite, well mannered teenager I have had the pleasure of working with." "This past week I had four customers on Friday and two more on Sunday tell me how polite and helpful he was. Ian always has a smile on his face and is so eager to help out any way he can." "This summer Ian attended an aerospace engineering camp at NC State and went straight from there to engineering camp at Duke. He thinks he would like to attend Duke. He's definitely smart enough!" "How I recruited Ian..." "Ian and his friends came in one Sunday to say hello to "Richter" as they call him. Clayton Richter is one of their teachers at Parkland. Clayton wasn't there, so I chatted with them for a while. They were all so pleasant, so I asked if any of them needed a part time job. Ian was the first to say yes, so I gave him an application to fill out.  He has been a joy for the customers and staff since day 1! "The is a picture is of Ian and his friends who also run track at Parkland and West Forsyth. They came in Sunday to see him and get shoes."
